There are two types of projects: unitary (without deliverables) and composite (with deliverables). Unitary projects can be timed and scheduled, and both can have files attached and be prioritised in accordance to your needs. Create Deliverables
Deliverables in Priority-Zero are the building blocks within composite projects. Each deliverable represents a specific task, milestone, or piece of work that contributes to the overall project. Deliverables can be timed, scheduled, prioritised, and have files attached for easy access and collaboration. You can also assign deliverables to team members, track their progress, and, if needed, mark them as billable for invoicing purposes. Whether it's a single action item or a series of interconnected tasks, deliverables help break complex projects into manageable, actionable steps, keeping your workflow clear, focused, and efficient.

Delegate and Share
Invite members of your team to join your project(s), and then assign the appropriate deliverable(s) to them as their own projects, which they can manage by adding their own deliverables, notes and estimates. If you ever need to enlist the help of independent contractors or freelancers, either invite them in the same way, or find them in Priority-Zero's built-in directory.

Team Member Schedule
Deliverables can be scheduled using Priority-Zero's in-built calendar, which once connected to team member Outlook and Google Calendar accounts, will also import all their events and meetings, helping them avoid clashes so that they can work more efficiently. Work can be planned in advance by setting dates, times and durations for each Deliverable. The in-built alarm can also be helpful keeping Team Members on schedule.

From the hours you spend working, to the minutes and hours spent in meetings and on reminders, you can create a complete map of your activities to help you look back and increase your productivity.
