Create Project
Projects in Priority-Zero are the foundation of your work. Each project can represent a client engagement, a personal interest, or a creative endeavour. There are two types of projects: unitary (without deliverables) and composite (with deliverables). Unitary projects can be timed and scheduled, and both can have files attached and be prioritised in accordance to your needs. Create Deliverables
Deliverables in Priority-Zero are the building blocks within composite projects. Each deliverable represents a specific task, milestone, or piece of work that contributes to the overall project. Deliverables can be timed, scheduled, prioritised, and have files attached for easy access and collaboration. You can also assign deliverables to team members, track their progress, and, if needed, mark them as billable for invoicing purposes. Whether it's proposals, agreements, drafts, announcements, suggestions, ideas, articles or even chapters of a novel, Priority-Zero's publishing feature allows you to generate unique links you can use to share individual deliverables or entire projects with a select few, or to an audience as a post on social media.

Delegate and Share
If you have a team, invite them to join your project, and then assign the appropriate deliverable to them as their own project, which they can manage by adding their own deliverables, notes and estimates. If you work with independent contractors or freelancers, either invite them in the same way, or find them in Priority-Zero's built-in directory.

Schedule Work, Events and Reminders
Once a project has been scoped by creating its deliverables, they can be scheduled using Priority-Zero's in-built calendar, which once connected to your Outlook and Google Calendar accounts, will also import all your events and meetings, helping you avoid clashes so that you can work more efficiently. Plan your work in advance by setting dates, times and durations for each Deliverable. Utlise the in-built alarm to help you keep to schedule.
